MUSICSTAR® Mariachi

Mariachi celebrates an important folk tradition and is a great opportunity of combining string, wind, guitar and percussion instruments into an established ensemble configuration. While receiving education in music literacy and instrumental techniques, MUSICSTAR® Mariachi also explores the music and heritage of this vibrant folk tradition.

As with all MUSICSTAR® programs, students learn repertoire for showcase and community performances.
